Working within a highly successful, agricultural organisation in north Kent. As graduate Commodity Trader, you will learn all aspects of trading activities, covering buying and selling, contract law and logistics.

 

This will involve management of the trade book, understanding what factors drive the market, understanding customer needs and appreciating the financial performance of an economic process and developing excellent working relationships. The role will also be highly analytical as there will be elements of price comparison, market and stock analysis.

 

The ideal candidate must have a business related degree (business, marketing, mathematics, agriculture), preferably from an agricultural institution, or alternatively, have a relevant degree plus a genuine interest in agriculture and farming.

 

Alongisde this agricultural interest, German language skills would be beneficial (a strong GCSE would be acceptable)
