·         Gathering client requirements, managing schedules and project plans

·         Supervise a small online marketing team to ensure work is effectively distributed and schedules are met to client expectations

·         Adopt a dynamic and proactive approach with the client base, including managing expectations, meeting deadlines and continuing with excellent levels of service, for which the company has been renowned.

Candidates must have experience in online marketing and SEO projects and ideally have managed a small team previously, with exceptionally strong organisation and communication skills. Previous client facing experience, in some form, is essential.

A confident, personal and pragmatic approach is required to manage a diverse and increasing workload.
