Although many have faced a challenging search, we feel it is important to reiterate that employers have remained positive regarding future prospects for graduate recruitment. This graduate arena continues to offer a welcomed and interesting option at this tricky time.
A recent survey carried out by the REC shows the highest employer confidence recorded so far this year.
The longer term outlook is encouraging with 94 per cent of employers expecting to maintain or grow their permanent workforce over the next 12 months.
